Registration and customer account

Who can order in the HotMobil shop?
We only sell to entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 BGB (Germany).

Do I have to register for an order?
Yes, registration is mandatory for an order in the Hotmobil online shop. Guest orders are not possible.

Which data must be specified when registering?
An email address, the company address, contact details and a sales tax ID number are required for registration.

What happens after sending the registration form?
After sending the registration form, you will receive an email to verify your email address. If necessary, please check the spam folder of your email inbox.

Why didn't my registration work?
Please check whether you have completed all mandatory fields (marked with " *"). It is also necessary to agree to our terms and conditions and data protection guidelines. If sending the form was successful, your email address must be verified. Only then can your account be used.

How can I log into my customer account?
Your email address and the password assigned when registering are required for logging in. A login with your customer number is not possible.

I forgot my login data, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this by means of "forgetting password". You will then receive an email and can give a new password. If necessary, please check the spam folder of your email inbox.

Can I change my company data?
You can change your data via your customer account. 

 

Shipping and delivery

How fast are the items available?
Your items will be delivered to your desired address by us. Many items are in stock and therefore available within 1-4 working days. Shipments to mailboxes and post -bearing shipments are not possible. In addition to the order confirmation, you will also receive an order confirmation, which you can find out for the delivery period.

Can I also pick up my order from HotMobil?
All articles are sent from the Hotmobil headquarters in southern German Gottmadingen. If you want to pick up the order from us, please contact us, the easiest Contact form.

Can I specify a different delivery address?
Yes, a different delivery address can be specified during the ordering process. This only has to be within our delivery area.

How are the articles delivered to me?
Our devices are delivered by forwarding agent, pallets are not exchanged. Accessories and spare parts are sent with parcel services. For this we calculate shipping costs (information is net prices) that you can find here:

Can I track the shipment status of my order?
Normally, the goods arrive 1-2 days after shipping. If you wish, we would be happy to send you a tracking number to pursue your order. Please contact us, the easiest way to Contact form.

 

Products and order

I can't find the desired product, what can I do?
The search function of the shop offers quick help. If you do not find the required article, we look forward to your contact via that Contact form.

How does a shop order work?
Quite simply: put items in the shopping cart, register and order. You will then receive an order confirmation by email and subsequent order confirmation from our customer service team. 

Why can't I complete my order?

Can I also rent devices via the Hotmobil web shop?
The rent of devices is currently not possible via the web shop. Please send us via that Contact form A corresponding request, we would be happy to create a non -binding offer for you.

 

Prices and payment

What prices are displayed in the shop?
The prices are net prices and understand themselves plus the statutory VAT and shipping costs. Sometimes these are special offers that are only available in the Hotmobil web shop.

What are the payment options?
You can order by credit card, PayPal, on account or prepayment:

Who do I turn to the complaint?
Please use the Contact form And tell us your order number and the reason for complaint. We will then contact you promptly.

Can I send the product back?
Please only send your delivery back to us after prior consultation so that we can handle your complaint promptly.
